The Marketing Manager develops, implements, and tracks strategic marketing programs across
various channels to build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and achieve commercial
objectives. This role requires strong project management and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns
(digital, social, email, content, paid media) from concept to completion.
● Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, allocating resources
effectively across channels to maximize ROI.
● Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators
(KPIs) across all campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams
to ensure marketing materials and messaging are accurate, compelling, and aligned with
product roadmaps.
● Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and
maintain a consistent voice and message across all customer touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven experience managing
comprehensive campaigns.
● Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM
software (e.g., Salesforce).
● Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
