HR Manager (Human Resources Manager)
Location: Australia – Melbourne
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and
processes. They ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws, manage employee
relations, administer benefits, and drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues,
conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
● Talent Management: Develop and implement performance management systems,
including reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
● Policy and Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to
the day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing
legal risks.
● Compensation and Benefits: Oversee and administer employee compensation,
benefits, and wellness programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
● Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional
development, career pathing, and engaging onboarding programs.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with 2+ years in a management
position.
● Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
● Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and leadership skills.
